TAL-NoiseMaker updated to v3.21 23rd January 2012

Release of TAL-NoiseMaker Version 3.21. Added a new feedback delay free 24dB lowpass filter. Fixes also the hanging notes issue that could occur in some hosts.

Changes:

Hanging notes in some hosts fixed (working). (version 3.21).
New feedback delay free 24dB LP filter added. (version 3.21).
Windows and OSX Universal binaries(10.5 or higher).

TAL-NoiseMaker is an improved version of TAL-Elek7ro and has a completely new synth engine and a lot of improvements in sound and usability. The synth also includes a small effect section with a reverb, chorus and a simple bit crusher effect.

TAL-NoiseMaker is free.
