This release should increase the
compatibility and includes changes in GUI handling,
because of compatibility reasons. It wasn't possible
to to scale the plugin size without flicker and
other repaint issues within some hosts. Support of
All Notes Off should avoid hanging notes while
stopping some hosts. This release fixes also some
memory leaks while closing the plugin.
