B8 Organ
is a reproduction of the old organs of the '60s and
'70s. It has 9 oscillators, switchable between sine and
saw wave, with drawbars, vibrato, chorus and reverb.
Sine waves result in tones typical of a church organ, or
"hammond-type" sounds. Saw waves sound more like old
combo organs, like Farfisas, Davoli, Crumar, for
example.
I'm really pleased
to announce the release of the "Cheap Cheese" VSTŪ
Instrument.
It's a vintage organ modelled after some famous home
combo organs of the 70's.
It has the following features:
Phibes electric organ tries to capture the sound
of those sweet sixties organs. It is definitely no Hammond B3 or Vox
Continental but rather some obscure and cheap east-european imitation of
them.
It has 9 drawbars with five different tones and, independent vibrato,
tremolo and rotator effects and staccato mode. Even though Phibes organ
is quite simple instrument, it is very CPU-intensive with over ten
oscillators and filters.
